FS: '95 JDM EJ20 swapped GC

I have owned the car for a little over a year and I love it. It is very fun and requires little to no maintenance for the amount of driving that I do.

The car was swapped January of 04 and has been stored in the winter months. It has been very well maintained mechanically, oil changes ever 3k, fresh trans/diff fluid, fresh radiator fluid etc.. Compression checks out at a steady 120-130. Exterior is good for a 13 year old car (some blemishes, small spots of surface rust etc..), and interior is clean, non-smoker.

I have not had any major mechanical issues with it. I am selling it to get out of debt and to pay for student loans (I know I will regret selling it). I want for the car to go to a good home where it will be well taken care of like it has been with the last two owners. In one year only ~4000 miles were put on the car. The only complaints that I could honestly say bother me are: the clutch is a bit noisy and the tires are a bit loud but have very nice grip There is no A/C, but that doesn't bug me too bad considering the power the car has.

Swap was done at 134539, I purchased it at 149,400 and currently it has 153,5xx miles.

Car has a clean title (title in hand)
Passes Utah state emissions/Safety

This car is very fast and the previous owner posted a ¼ mile time of 13.36 @ 102.9 at high altitude SLC. (I haven’t driven it other than for leisurely drives)
