FS. 2002 Wrx. 3,000 Miles on motor. blown second gear :(
I am Selling my 2002 Aspen White Suabru WRX.
The car has 168,082 Miles. The motor was replaced at 166,500.
Bads:
Blown 2nd Gear: I don't have the money to replace it unfortunately being a college student. (PERFECT TIME TO DO RA/JDM STI GEARS)
Salvage title due to small rear fender bender from previous driver. (all repairs were made prior to my purchase.)
This car is my Baby, I hate for it to have to come to this but Being a broke college student I cannot afford it. My hobbies have changed and I need something with more cargo room.
Tuned by Ed at Equilibrium Tuning. 17lbs of boost. 214Hp to the Wheels and 220tq.
Motor:
New Ej205 - 3,000 Miles
CP pistons
Built by Equilibrium Tuning in Fairfield, CA (All paper work and Invoice can be provided.)
TD04 Turbo has roughly 19,000 Miles on it. (I have old turbo)
Perrin Turbo Inlet hose
HBC Manual Boost Controller
Tail 38mm External Waste-gate
Eq Tuning Up-Pipe (I have stock Up-pipe)
Perrin Down-Pipe
Borla Hush Exhaust. (I also have stock DP and exhaust)
Will throw in - Turbo Smart BOV (was on car a while back before motor build)
K&N filter
Electronics:
Kenwood KDCMP538U Ipod/CD Deck
Quantum rear speakers
Top of the line JL Wiring all through the car.
White Hella Horns
New Die Hard Gold Battery with 3,000 Miles.
Transmission: 5spd
Tanabe Springs
New Exedy Stage 1 Clutch. 3,000 Miles
STI aluminum Shift ****
2nd gear is blown.
Replaced Axel Boots/Re Greased about 500 miles ago
Exterior: This car gets compliments every where it goes. It turns heads.
Minor Blemishes by rear license plate. And 4 - 5 small rock chips in the front 9/10
Washed all the time. Waxed every 3 months.
New Dunlop Drezza DZ 101 Tires - 4,000 miles. (I have stock WRX rims as well)
New barke rotars and pads. - 6,000 miles.
Interior: Non- Smoker
Two tiny holes on driver seat. Every thing else looks great. 8/10
Custom Black Suede Headliner.
Asking: 14,000. I have spend way more then that on the car in fixing it up. You wont find another bugeye with less miles.

Nice mods list and +1 for the new motor... But KBB.com is your friend and Unfortunately with 168k on the chassis and being a salvage title you'll be lucky to get 7k for it. I bought my 02 wagon almost 3 years ago with 72k on it for $9999(it now has 93k). It really sucks but mods(even new engine) DO NOT add value. My friend just bought a bugeye with 160k on it for $6600 and it had carbon fiber parts, rims, big TMIC etc... If it was me I would save up for the trans repair or better yet 6 speed swap. Sounds like youve got a lot of time an money in the car don't give up on her now! Nobody will give you what you feel she is worth LOL.
p.s. not trying to crap on your thread or hate, just trying to share advice/opinion

Salvage title and high miles are going to keep buyers away, high mileage clean title STI's go for around $12-15k nowadays. Not trying to bag on you either fixing the car or parting will get you the most though.
