Just to back up the OP my car was parked as a truck reversed into it and all I had to do was replaced the headlight; the insurance company said to me that they were considering throwing me a salvage title. Also, a local certified preowned Nissan dealership has a salvage titled 350z with no frame damage and all new oem parts. Weird system I guess.
