do you know when the last time the timing belt and water pump were changed out? Also, any estimates as how much insurance would be on this for a second car?...decent record

I have no idea for the timing belt and pump but I've been "told" that all the regular scheduled maintenance was up to date.
As for insurance, it would depend on a lot of variables. I was paying $90 every 6 months for liability on a multi-car discount. I was paying $140 every 6 months by itself. Don' t even bother with full coverage.
