WREX STI

I bought this car from the auctions hoping to have the time to rebuild it. It was stolen out of oakland and they hit a tree. I know it sounds bad but the airbags didn't deploy. I haven't had the time to work on it, and I'm in a bind for money for school. I've already had the ignition rebuilt and keys made. Car turns over but won't start but there are no check engine codes being thrown. From what I can see it needs:

New hood
New headlights
New radiator support
New front subframe (not the main frame, the subframe can be unbolted and replaced)
New radiator fans
New timing cover
New driver's side tire.
New front bumper
New windshield

I've already purchased a new radiator, condensor, driver's side fender and front bumper cover that match the car which is world rally blue. The interior is very clean but missing the stereo and shift ****. Some small dents in the roof and trunk but the rest of the body is very clean. comes with borla cat back exaust and tien springs. This car has great potential and I would hate to see it go to waste. Any body interested PM me for some pictures. Car is located in Stockton, CA.
