STI takes mods better than evo?

As working with the Wrx's and STi for 4 years. I think wrx and STI's respond to mods really good. All of you that think EVo's are fast check this wrx out. http://www.extrememotorsports.com/wrxtimes.htm
If a wrx can do that think of the damage an STI 2.5L do?

I have also been to a site that rebuilds STI motors and puts them at 750hp tested. Safe upgrades. Not worlds best or anything rediculas like that. Id put the site on here but have trouble finding it.

Unfortunately for the Mitsu haters, the EVO responds very well to modification. My evidence is the current issue of Sport Compact Car magazine where several cars were picked to show off the mod potential. Power ranged from 420whp to around 700whp (with extensive!!! mods). So it's really preference of the individual, best to drive both like a madman, ask owners who've put miles on the cars, and make the decision for yourself.

Since the STi is new, aftermarket will soon flood our market and your choice in "mods" will become very hard to decide on. Look at Honda, the K-series motor hasn't been here(or japan) very long and there is something new everyday for it. I think the STi will have a similar effect.
If you are going daily driver, an aluminum roof might be bad news in a wreck. Accidents happen, that is why they were originally called accidents.

Trany problems if your modding and launch every YOU will need a new clutch no matter what car. What about the sti tranny heards some people were having trouble there too? i know my syncros went strated to go up in mine and the WRX 5 speed is garbage how many ppl have shattered gears in that 80's relic if the new six is so hot how come ESX uses the Auto?
Some of you sound like you work for subaru lol. both companys are crap both cars are good but dont let these ppl fool neither car is perfect. the evo is cheaper to mod just because its an inline 4. ESX's kits cost about 30 grand what a deal.

Mitsu vs Subie is kinda like Ford vs Chevy
