I have Gieco and need to claim a hit and run scratch. Heres the problem though...it happened a while ago and my mom had to file a claim (same policy) when someone backed into her so I put off filing my car being hit. There was also a claim filed (when my mom was at fault) a year or 2 years ago this November. My question is, does anyone know how long until I can file my claim without Gieco dropping out policy or raising the rates a lot? I dont want to call and ask, because I can say "I got hit today, will you cancle my policy if I file it?" because if they say yes and I have to wait a while, they'll say I got hit today and wont cover it later.

CN: how long to wait between filing claims? 1 small at fault (1 or 2 year gap) 1 small not at fault (how long to wait here?) 1 me getting hit and run'ed
