New Sti Buyer Questions

hello there new to the fourm i just had a few questions. first off why do people say that the evo's are faster? Second how long after or how many miles later after buy a brand new sti can i do some mods. Third what is a stock sti's whp on a dyno and how can i make it a 400 whp sti,(upgraded turbo package?)I think thats it if i have anymore question trust me i will let u know. Ohh and money isnt an issue for right now so for the mod question im open to anything, thx.

-Evo handles a little better. So they can be faster on the track. 0-60 and 1/4 are about the same.

-I'd wait at least 5k before modding.

-Stock WHP is around 250ish.

-For 400whp, do a search for FP Green

depends on the dyno:

on dyno dynamics and mustang dynos the STi will put down 210-220hp

wow its only 250 ish
I guess thats right, so is it hard to get the 400 whp i want out of my sti i will soon to be getting. OHh and what does an evo dyno at more or less? any info will help thx
