Leasing a Mini cooper...
My sister is thinking about leasing a Mini cooper or a Subaru, something like a Impreza 2.5 wagon maybe. I know she's much more interested in the Mini though, I would rather see her get that since we already have 2 Subarus in the family. Can you guys give me some input on the base model for stuff like basic specs, reliability, practical use ect... I tried using the compare models feature on Subaru's site but it would never load. Some input will be helpful thanks.
-Jeff
BTW: Also if there is any good dealerships for Mini's let me know, she'll need low monthly payments if possible.

mini's are tite.. EXCEPT good luck getting 1 at the MSRP. a couple months ago i dropped by the mini dealer.. the BASE model was going for 26K. the Mini-S's were going for 30K+ and had a LONG waitlist. there was no timetable on how long you would wait.
besides that.. they are hella fun cars.. the backseats are useless though.. i'm 5'8" 150 lbs and could BARELY fit back there. no arm room at all.
