the funny thing is when the mazdaspeed protege'(or mp3) came out i drooled(until the specs came out) then my mouth dried up. i just hope that the ms miata doesn't experience the same "hoopla"

The MS Protege can pretty easily be made a lot faster. The problem they have is lousy engine management. Word is the Miata has a totally reworked ECU that is built for a turbo application. The Protege was a lot like building an RS-T and basically calling a voltage clamp, RRFPR, and retarded timing "engine management."

I like the E36, but IMO, the Infinity just looks so much better. Plus the G35C would have near to no miles since it's brand new, full warranty (infinity should be at least a little better than subaru) and updated tech.

G35C > E36 for me
