I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I need help. My friend has a 90 eagle talon tsi turbo. It runs fine but when you shut it off and then try to restart it, it won't start, but if you let it sit for a little while it starts fine. Any info would great.

sounds like leaky injectors. I had that problem with my rx7. I had to pull the fuel injector fuse and fire the engine to burn off the unspent fuel that had leaked. the car will fire for a few seconds and then die. then replace f.i. fuse and crank the engine. should fire right up.

yeah, i had thought the same. i tested out the connector in the isc motor, and they were within the spec. but it could be a possibility. for the time being i have cracked the throttle plate open a little bit more with the adjustment screw. not a very good long term fix, but at least it stays running.
where and how much did you replace the sensor for?

Don't know how much they cost. Had a connection. but I did it myself. Give a call to mach V Motorsports in Virginia. They handle all DSM's.
