Do you literally mean the carbon fiber itself, or are you looking for weaves with other materials? I have carbon/kevlar cloth that is black and yellow(kevlar is yellow), and I think you can get other material weaves as well.
Each material has different qualities... so it might make your hood bulletproof =).
I used the material to repair/reinforce jet skis... overkill, but cool looking =). Try tap plastics if you have one near you (if you want to make stuff yourself).

as helladumb said, carbon fiber comes in one color. They can't change the color of carbon. if you want other colors you can get a carbon kevlar weave that gives you different options (yellow, red, blue, etc) since kevlar you can change the color of

I'm pretty sure my Kestrel is powder coated. The paint chips, exposing the material underneath.

Yeah, kestrel paint is notoriously bad about that. They have trouble bonding the primer to the surface of the CF resin for some reason. Most Kesteres are powdercoated or painted...but some of the new high end ones literally have translucent color in the resin. It makes it so you can see the weave of the CF, and it has a tint to the whole thing. I've seen maroon, green, blue, and an orange color. Seen it on Calfees too. But I've never seen it on any other CF part or thing.

You can get carbon fiber in any color as long as its black. Carbon fibers are really pure carbon, so you can't really add any color to the fibers themselves. That's why the pic above calls the black on black fiber "real" carbon fiber. All of the others are hybrids of kevlar or aramid, both of which are long chain polymers. Color can be added to these just like any other plastic.
Painting can be a good alternative to adding pigment to the resin. Spraying a few thin coats of color-matching automotive spray paint on top of carbon fiber (no primer, finish with clear coat) will progressively tint the part, while still allowing light to pass through and reflect off the fibers, retaining the classic carbon fiber look.
Trying this out on a new hood might be an expensive experiment though...
