Anyone here heard of a Ford Sierra Cosworth?
These are some of the 'archenemies' of the Scooby crowd in the UK. (Similar to the Mustang vs Camaro jazz).
Well, anyway - i'm one of a couple of people in America with one. I'm new here.
I used to own XR4Tis but now I own my dream car.
I also work with a guy who has a really sweet 5spd WRX!
We haven't raced yet. But i'd like to in my 280hp Sierra Cosworth.
Anyway, enough talk - here's my website: http://www.geocities.com/merouby/
Tell me what you think guys!

I have an xr4ti soon to be parted out because it is worth more in pieces, I passed on the chance to buy an Escort Cosworth to buy my STI. I have not regretted it yet. And I just bought the wife an 04 S4 Audi. So the cosworth has to wait a little longer now. When I sell the xr4ti I will be stuck driving the astro van my wife has left behind, as my daily driver.

xr4timan, is that street legal??? I love cossies, my uncle had a sierra RS500 in the early 90's (In england of course). One of my few memories as a kid was getting a ride in that monster. I have considered converting a merkur ala BAT, but the expense and custom work seemed like too much.
My uncle is now over here in the states alot, and I'm certain he would love the idea of a cossie on these shores. He says the insurance on them in England is ridiculous.
If you read this please e-mail me,

Thanks,

The Lumina van above is my wife's and has been my car on several occasions as well dxrat. The STi is a wonderful car and it's NEW - just don't understand why we get the 2.5 engine vs. the original STi 2.0. The Cosworth is registered and insured and is my daily driver(!!). As I used to live in Britian for many years (just left five months ago), I can admit that insurance, along with everything else that's car related is quite dear (expensive) in Britian.
