2010 Genesis Coupe

its because of the motor code. Evos run 4b11t and the genesis runs the 4b1t. I heard its pretty much the same engine just little differences like a smaller turbine because of the clearance, the fact it sits sideways to accommodate the rear wheel drive etc. etc :-). Don't bash me if im wrong hehe :-).

a coworker has the 2.0T version and it is pretty peppy and tossable
feels like a 240sx with an SR swap but a little more stable in the bends because of the extra weight

Although Hyundai has came a long way in the car market.
Hyundai,Kia,and Suzuki have the worst resale value within
the first years of ownership. The warranty that Hyundai says
is "America's best warranty" is not because there are alot of
parts that are known to break or fail that Hyundai doesn't cover
under there warranty.
The only way I can see someone buying a Hyundai is if
they like the body style,are a enthusiast,or don't care
what there vehicle is worth in the future when it comes
time to trade in or sell.
I would never buy a Hyundai though.
Purchasing a Subaru would be a better financial decision
in my opnion.
Yep there is no replacement for displacement.

Actually, these cars have a huge backing from after market companies. Even R. Millen drives one in Formula D now. here is a thread that I saw before the car was released in the states. Has a ton of pics and includes pics of some of the genesis cars that were built by aftermarket companies. This thread was made before norcal evo split up so all the pics may not be there. Enjoy!
