Aaron...still out to sea.
Got an oil filter relocation kit that I am going to put in. Changing oil filters on an S14 SR20 is brutal...tears my forearms up.

Gonna need a new LSD soon...and a clutch...
Been looking at Bugeyes WRX's.....couple decent ones for around 6k...
MIGHT try and sell the Silvia...might not...kind of attached.
I know the relationship is going to be costly soon.
Engine rebuild, Tranny Syncros and Diff.....

Had an HKS EVC V go out on me, ended up getting the Greddy Profec II Spec B boost controller to replace it. Car is running great again

Oil filter relocation kit is in, and some nice Defi's (Oil temp, Oil pressure, Water temp and Boost)

And after almost 2 years I'm almost over wanting another Subaru ....almost

Thanks man. 141,000 kilometers and the car is holding together fairly well.
Gonna need an overhaul, hoping it will wait til next year.

well...hard to pass up the deal on this Bugeye....so I am going to see if I can make it happen

about $4000 for it. 66,000 kilometers
Blitz FMIC, HKS SSQV BOV, Zero Sports Exhaust, upgraded fuel pump, HKS Hipermax suspension, no accident history, at least a water temp gauge, brand new tires (205s) and Rays wheels (16 inch)

Interested to see what else it has. Will need to upgrade the brakes to 4 pots at a minimum and a proper hood scoop.

250hp stock for the 2000 WRX...so this should prove to be interesting, with everything done, she should have an upgraded ECU. Would be interesting to get this car and be able to kill stock STi's......

So from this...

to this....

to possible this....

wish me luck

I'd say do it.. Awesome as it came with the optional TE-37 wheels.. NiiIIiice!!! especially the 4k price tag and low mileage.

I'm not saying you can't own a Subie, AND the Nissan, but to replace the Nissan with a Subie...I dunno. If you told me you were replacing the S14 with a 22B, an S203, or S204, or even a GDB or GDF STi, I'd be okay with it, but this....!!!! As long as you're happy, and as long as you continue to keep us in the loop with your epic JDM rides, then I am happy for you.

thanks guys.....this is by no means an easy decision.
SR20's are getting harder and harder to find, and parts are getting more and more expensive...

I'm still on the fence....

*whispers in your ear* Don't do iiiiiit.....Nissan scrapped plans for their next gen silvia replacement due to the state of the global economy. Keep the potential collector's item. Plus white pearl is easily the best paint option on the S14's.
