I cant argue, the 1 coupe looks a little funky, but Ive been dying for small hatch again like a mini S but the 135 hatch is pretty much my idea of the perfect car. A hatch the size of a mini-s but RWD with up to a tuned 400hp. I dont care how you might feel about BMW, if any car company come out with that for about the price of an STI Im all over it hopefully they come out with the hatch and coupe at the same time so I can just trade my STI in on it and not wait around

have you seen the Top Gear reviews on the 1 series hatch? its fun to drive with the 3 L inline 6 engine, but the utility as a hatch is terrible, the trunk stowage space is pathetically small and the rear legroom is terrible, basically once the front seats are adjusted to a comfortable size, it leaves no legroom for the rear seat passengers. interior space is handled much worse than the Mini or Gti.

yeah...all of the euro tests are off the 130i. The US spec 135i will be heavier due to bigger brakes, bigger motor, wheels, not to mention all the US spec safety crap

Give me a 335i anyday. With no rear doors and a small cabin it's not a real luxury car.

"wait a second girls while I lean the front seats forward so you can squeeze into a crampted cabin"...not really what I think of when I think of BMW.

That one is ****ty excuse for a hatch. The new 1 series hatch looks worlds better than that pos.

Sedans is overated. The only reason I gots one is because wagons don't fender flare. I'd still rather have a bugeye wagon if I could do it all over again.
