Youtube recently started stuttering too much
Anyone experience this in the last few days/week?
Youtube video, once it reaches around the 2:00 min mark, pauses/stutters as if there's not enough bandwidth. But the thing is, I've already paused the video and let the full buffer load, I've already restarted the machine, I tried different browsers, I'm on my work's T1 line, etc.
This doesn't make sense.
Example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbgLapRAloQ
When they are sitting on the couch at around 1:50 the video starts stuttering and the "spinning symbol" keeps happening.
Anyone else have this?
Maybe due to a crappy flash update version?

From what ive heard Youtube began monitoring bandwith allowance on videos with low amounts of views, they say its waisting their money. Apparently theyre talking about deleting videos that dont reach a ceartain amount of views over a period of time.
