As for these "new" rules, technically these rules have been around for as long as I've been a mod here (like 3 years now or so). So, you could say the new admins are just laying them out on the table again for their own benefit (and yours), but in reality its no different than before.

Exactly, Nothing around here is going to change because nothing NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.
This list wasnt created in response to any specific I-club problems, these rules were copied/pasted from some other generic list of forum rules, if we actually had any problems around here we would have already dealt with them, but out of the 30+ forums Im registered on this one is already one of the best self-regulated. So dont get freaked out just because these rules popped up, if you look around nearly all other forums also have these rules posted up somewhere on them, its like the 'express written consent of major league baseball' thing. Its just unavoidable formalities, dont waste too much time stressing about it.
