3 for Lunch Service | A fully-staffed crew means we get everyone fed in a timely manner.
C'mon, peeps! We still need your help in a few more areas, especially for the BBQ lunch service.

While the shirt & hoody pre-order deadline is long gone, you have a chance to buy the grey vendor/volunteer apparel at the event!

Also, as a volunteer, you will be among the first group to eat.

Technically, it's 5 grills going at once. Each of the 3 grills has 2 separate ones. The 6th one will be for veggie burgers and maybe to keep the foil tray of finished burgers & hot dogs warm.

Veggie burgers are a very rare request. I recall maybe a half dozen being asked for last year. I even ended up having one when I finally ate at the very end of service. This grill station will have its own clearly-marked grilling tools.

Copy that haha. And ditto what Cliff said about the grills. I'm sure we'll be alright at any rate, we've enough grillmasters/more-than-willing volunteers to make things go round.

Check w/ Kyle abt bringing your own grill tools as I dunno how many he's looking to round up. I'm loaning my two sets, one of them being the designated veggie tools.

And the call is still out there to fill these last several spots!

If we must, many more of us will have to pull double duty. Just sucks to stretch some crews thin, and ask y'all who have signed up in one area to pitch in even more. Although it's super fun helping out, we want y'all to enjoy as much of the day obligation free as possible.

I'll get a head count on people with their own tools, and if they'd be willing to let them be used for all shifts or just by them alone. Then come the Saturday before, me, Cliff and Gagan will buy tools accordingly.

Looks like we're set for tools between those bringing their own/sharing/donating to the cause. Go team go!

And the call is still out there to fill the last several spots, preferably by people not already volunteering in other areas!
