Phew! Finally, a 1-run game went their way. It's been a long time since they've enjoyed a tight & close win.
Other than the 14th inning collapse vs. da Yanks the other day, seems that these razor-thin games have been decided by those defensive errors that have been plaguing them over the past week. Pitching has remained solid. Well, starting pitching overall has come thru. There have been some shaky & inconsistent stuff coming outta the pen. Thankfully, tonite the entire green & gold came thru.

Yes. Please let this start some momentum.
With Coco out and Reddick in a serious drought this team has lost that edge. The A's are still in the drivers seat. But they need to play hard every game.

Since we've got the Major League scenario playing out, I have a feeling that Penny may have used a bit of Jobu during his recent upswing at the plate. Gotta get a few other guys on board, too, eh?

Way to battle back in this series. Tomorrow is a chance to still split this nasty road trip.
Reddick with 2 hits and a walk, hopefully this is the light at the end of the tunnel for him
Parker started shaky but was nails after the 2nd and managed to go 6 innings
Drew was killing it at the top of the line up too
Keep those Ranger bats nice and quiet tomorrow!

This is gonna be one exciting homestand to close out the season! I'm already going to Wed's day game (AKA Game #162). Gotta see what i can swing to catch one of the other 5 games!
Anyone else gonna be out @ the Coliseum?

Actually, the win last nite guaranteed no worse than to split the series. Too bad they couldn't pull out a series win today though. But I'm so glad that Reddick is FINALLY off the schnide cuz he was looking 0-for-turrible.

Well, easiest scenario would be to win out and have Texas demolish the Halos. I'd say the division is no out of reach baring some colossal implosion by Texas.
