yaaay i got in an accident last night

while coming out of a parking lot, i stopped at the stop sign before exiting into traffic, unfortunately the guy in back of me didnt and slammed right into me, and he was going pretty fast too. thank god my foot was on the brake, otherwise i would have gotten pushed right into oncoming traffic.

the bumper doesnt look that bad, but it isnt the cosmetic stuff im worried aboot, that can be replaced easy. i am going to bring it in hopefully tomorrow to have it checked out. i know the guy and insurance should take care of it all.

as soon as i got hit, i had visions of my whole back end just ***ed up and dragging behind my car by like a thread. his car on the otherhand got really messed up, it had to be towed by AAA and the front end and side panel was crushed.

one thing i gotta say, the scooby was SOLID. no wonder it go such great safety ratings.

anyway, i think im gonna go cry.

Maybe you can get the auto body guys to cut you enough of a discount to pay for a rear spat...

since AAA is paying (right? That's who the guy has?) get their list of pre-approved shops. Take it to the nearest one of them, and if anything isn't done 100% right, it will be quickly taken care of for free, NQA.

I got rear ended by a pick up who's insurance company was AAA. It took me just over 2 years to get any money from the bastards.
