Yeah, I went back... but just like last time, I couldn't stand it... so I quit. I'm shipping out to AZ in late Jan/early Feb for Luthiery School... Something I actually care about.

someone prove to me that i-club created BAIC
someone prove to me that "imprezer" owns baic (legal docs, registration, TM, copyrights, which baic.net currently owns)
alex sure is one to talk jacking i-club from nick.

I am not saying anything outside what I know from the past years of the Bay Area I-Club. Which is very little. From what I remember the Bay Area I-Club (a thought through someones head) created I-Club as a whole and from there things grew. BAIC, a thought, a figure of speech, just happened to be a starting point. Back then it was just a club of subaru enthusiasts, no one cared about ownership, registration and what not. Things sure have changed.
Whoever owns BAIC.net now, good thinking. Hopefully they won't have to deal with the mess that happened with I-Club. It is probably the better way to go in this day and age. Where the world basis everything on money and greed.

i cant believe some of you
there are no "documents" of who owns "baic"... come on...
the term was coined here in the original i-club. alex has owned i-club.com since day one. nick came into the picture long after the site had taken off, and at the time was able and willing to contribute to the success of the site. to say alex stole the name is ludicris. i cannot figure out who brain washed all of you...
i am not "siding" with alex, and all i think alex was asking is for a bit of respect and common courtesy. no, he doesnt own the letters, but it DID start on his site.
good luck to baic.whatever. i signed up as well, but after this, will probably spend no time there.

and what the hell is with the quotes around Imprezer? do you think nick owns that also?

what's disrespectful is coming onto someone elses website and promoting your own, and them posting reasons why yours is better. If you invited someone into your house, and then had him tell everyone there that your house sucks and you should all go to his, how would you react?
