Anyway!

I'm looking to rent an art Studio.. or a little room so I can do my graphics/printing business.

Do any of you know where I can find one that's $400 or under a month? I'm more comfortable if it's about $200 a month hehe Or know of an available one?

I need:
24 hour access
safe parking (cuz you know)
at least 12X9
bathroom
a sink
windows
electric outlet
maybe a phone line and dsl line
storage (if possible)
Either around El Sobrante, El Cerrito, Berkeley, Emeryville... I'll even consider SF.


I've check Craigslist... but there's nothing I can really afford for now or would be safe at night when I will be working.

any help would be much appreciated.

you are going to have a hard time finding all that AND it being safe with parking for $400.

I had studio space for about $325 in Oakland on Adeline street but the area was sketchy as hell.

You might want to check out something in alameda. It will probably be safer and perhaps cheaper.
