Angry WTF is up with these MIATA drivers?!?!

ok i dont normally do this but i have to rant cause this guy almost wiped me OUT while i was on my bike. as i was riding to sjsu today at 6pm about to enter 680 south, i look to my right (merging on ramp from berryessa) and see a miata ****ing power sliding (going WAY too ****ING FAST), coming whithin ONE car length of my bike. so as i slow down, he loses control and starts to slide down into the bank full of grass, throwing rocks, dirt and other debris all over me, until he hits a tree.

WTF is UP with these MIATA drivers?!?! you get a few good reviews and you drive your gokart like you own the road.

i know YOU (****er who almost ran me over) survived if youre out there. keep that **** on the track!!! you almost killed me you @$$hole!!!

(inhale) thanks for listening

Sorry to hear about your near-death/injury/damage experience.

I'm a Miata driver. On the track.

good job staying aware.. scariest thing about being on a bike is, no one seems to see you when they need to. and people drive like idiots.

Nice visual depiction of what happened.

On a side note, it's amazing how you classify all Miata drivers because of an incident with one person.

I have seen just as many poor Subaru drivers as I have Miata drivers.

Damn Subaru drivers, wth is wrong with them, always thinking they own the road.

+1 I've seen quite a few WRX crashes on the street. They think are the next pro rally driver or something. AWD doesn't make people invincible.

I noticed on Central Expressway in Santa Clara, every so often, I see a Miata spun out, backwards on the road. The on ramp for Central, usually, is a very nice rounded ramp, and the traffic is so much less than the freeways, so I guess some of these guys just take it too fast and are too inexperienced with the Miata. Personally, after driving my sis Miata, I think the tail end on the Miata breaks loose without ANY warning...but I'm pretty inexperienced, and I'm guessing so are these guys.

Wow, glad that you didn't get hit. I would have rant and raved at him after he crashed. Driving crazy is one thing. Endangering others is another.
