From the first picture, it looks like you didn't use the jacking point. The point you used was in the middle of the front door, the jacking points are right next to the wheels. The owners manual is very specific about the four jacking point and where the emergency jack can/should be used.

Now that I have figured out the orientation on the first picture (headliner helped), that does not look like the correct jack point. You dun goof'd.

I have had a subaru OEM jack fail on me, the weld snapped on it.

Agree with the comment that the emergency jack should not be used for maintenance; I definitely would not get underneath a car with only an emergency jack. Buy a jack or ramps.
