WTF?! sound like a scam?

just recieved this in my email. what do you guys think?

you can only win a lottery if you are a legal tax paying resident of that country, it's fake. have you been to Australia lately and bought a lotto ticket?

Also in Australia there is no such thing as 'Inc' Australian companies do not incorporate, they are generally a LLC (limited liability company or LTD as its commonly called)

what do you mean? 21 million dollars came from a prince in nifugeria and I got me $200,000 for sending it to a different account.

i love scams, you should message or email the person pretending you don't know you're being messed with then mess with them! *ie lie send them goatse or other nasty stuff

Rich guys from Nigeria or Saudi Arabia always seem to want to buy things for their son off eBay which requires a wire transfer and it has to be mailed out ASAP to a mysterious address.
