That hella suck :/ I know all to well what id theft can do to your life cus i got taken really hard back in 2003. I got mugged and they got everything from me cus i had my life in my purse at the time.. They even tried to break in my house since they knew my address and had my house keys but i had already changed the locks and they tried to steal my car but i had already changed the locks on that as well. They did go and buy a bmw in my name and a house.. i guess 2 people got caught of the 4 that were using my info. If you do a credit check on me they even changed my bday to a different month and year. Basically they did a HUGE number on me.
I've had a few weird things happen. Some really odd charge attempts recently, but my CC company caught it right away and called me. They're pretty good about that stuff.

I check my cards online every day, if not every other day. Granted I only have 3 (which I used to have like 15, but I closed 'em all). I make sure everything that posts up is something I definitely bought.

Sorry to hear that happened to you.
I check my accounts pretty often too. Using Quicken, you can setup all your creditcards, bank accounts, etc and download all the latest activity in one click, rather than having to login to each account individually. Updating Quicken with all account activity once a day is easy for someone like me who is too lazy to login to each account individually to check.

I feel pretty fortunate that it seems it was just my card number that got compromised. So it should be fixed now... well, as soon as I get our dough back.

Pay no attention the person who thought AMG is Eazy-E.
It's a good thing you are in the credit union Ray. They actually like to please their customers.
