Thanks for the nice review Jun! I'm glad we got it worked out with the new turbo and everything ended up smooth as butter in the end. Enjoy the power and take it easy on that tranny until you're ready for the upgrade

Hi,

I used to support the UTEC, but after all of the reflash options came out for Subaru, the UTEC became obsolete. No matter how much time you spend tuning it, it will never run as well as a good reflash because it simply doesn't have enough control over the stock ECU. Since then I stopped offering services with the UTEC.

I highly recommend that you don't mess around with it too much on your own, especially if you don't know exactly what you're doing. The potential for engine damage with the UTEC is HUGE, so be very careful. My recommendation would be to sell the UTEC and buy a Cobb AP instead. You could also go the open ecu route, but the tuning tools just aren't as good as Cobb's.
