haha i saw that thing at davis, it's nuts. Yea its BS that we get looked at for wrong doing and this car is more illegal and probably gets complimented by the cops.

What year is it registered as? That makes a huge difference in what is legal and what is not.

Hot rods get away with a lot but not always. My buddy got popped in fremont for being too low.
