recent TOP GEAR UK did a drag race between the GT-R and some new jaguar...

friggin launch control had the GT-R 2-3 car lengths within the first 3-5 seconds...

it was amazing video.

A more interesting race would be a 1/2 mile or 1 mile run with better cars. (Highest end car from every manufacturer)
