World War Z
Anyone else read this book? I'm not finished with it yet, so umm no spoilers in this thread if you have read it.

It's basically a post apocalypse world after zombies. It's not from one person's point of view, its a series of interviews with people around the world and their experience. It's a really cool book so far, wanted to see what other people thought if they have read this book. I was looking online and saw bad robot bought the movie rights so it should be out in theaters in like 2 years. I think its a cool take on zombies.
If you're a zombie fan you will want to watch this show

I'm definitely into zombies, I watch all I can. I need to toss http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1278340/ in a netflix queue.
The only zombie movies I don't like is when they are fast... Even then I kind of still enjoy them. Feel free to dicuss anything zombie here.

I've heard good things. Been meaning to read it. Maybe I'll book shop it up after work.
Oh... you ever read Lucifer's Hammer? Another good end of the world book. No zombies, though.

Oh, i'm not big into reading. I actually just stumbled on to a review of this book, checked out the website and bought it later that day. I do like apocalypse stories, its cool to see people's visions of what would happen. The book's offical website has some little questionarre to see how well you would do to survive a zombie apocalypse. Its got questions about where you live, any weapon skills, and stuff I deemed relevant.
I'll look up Lucifer's hammer. I guess i've liked reading since I was a kid, its just hard to find something interesting to me. I read like the first 75 goosebumps books, those were so awesome.

Written in '77. One of my all-time faves. If you drive over the Grape Vine often or know the valley at all you'll be familiar with a lot of the locations. LA as well.
