There's a gym called "team livermore" in ... well, Livermore (formerly known as mma jacked)
There's a place in San Ramon, I forgot what it's called but I met a dude a year ago who said he was starting a gym there on Alcosta rd.
Cung Le's school is right off the Montague 680 exit if you're willing to drive a bits
As well as Unlimited Kickboxing, Rudy Ott's school http://unlimitedkickboxing.typepad.com/
Then north of you Concord you've got a few places.... George Tsutui's place http://www.uma-fitness.com/ and Cesar Gracie's
Beware of grappling/mma schools that don't have Gi jiujitsu (wear you where the belts and kimonos) - they tend to be less technical/qualified instructors. But that's just a minor point, go wherever there's friendly dudes and good atmosphere to train in
