I don't think they care whether or not your car has cats. Make sure you have a muffler and that the exhaust tip extends to the rear of the car, not exiting underneath or on the side. I know someone with a Vortech supercharger on their Mustang and Sacramento Raceway does not ask for the CARB exemption order number. Infineon isn't interested in smog compliance since they are a privately-owned facility, not a public highway. Here are the rules for the Wednesday Night Drags at Infineon Raceway.
On the other hand, the CHP may be in the area following each Wednesday night drags. I'm not sure what kind of scrutiny your car would be subjected to if you were to be pulled over. Sacramento Raceway often has law enforcement waiting along the entrance road come closing time, to monitor speeding in the area. A simple rule-of-thumb is to drive invisibly upon leaving the racetrack.

I ran there without cats before without any problems. They just look for a muffler of some type. I ran a straight-thru exhuast with only a straight-thru type muffler and they didn't even look twice at me.
So are you going 3-5-03?

Infineon couldn't care less what you put on their private property, as long as its safe and abides by track and NHRA rules (or whatever type of event is currently on). But, be careful as you leave at the end of the day. There are often CHP, etc., sitting right out side to remind you that you are leaving the drag strip and entering public roads. If they get irritated they'll start pulling people over and checking setups.
