I thought only firestone's did that. damn......

another reason to keep a spare in the car is that it is designed as part of the cars rear crumple zone. Otherwise useless for most of us. Really not suppose to use it when you are running plus sized wheel/tire combos. I think I'm gonna redo my trunk so I can fit a full size spare in there.

You were running Kumhos... that's why!

Hope your wheels weren't damaged too much...

I had those kuhmos same size too. Had sidewall bubbles all over the place in no time, worst tires I've ever had (i'd take a set of re-92's over these despite the decrease in performace). Good luck getting a replacement.

dood, soory about your wheel, looks like it got some scrathes etc...

but ya, we all should have a spare in the truck, if not a "full size" spare.

sorry to see that happen to you, that sucks, glad it wasn't worse.

why would you want to get some more kumhos/sumitomos after this just happened to you??

STOP buying cheap tires, check and set your tire pressures every 2 weeks, and try to put your vehicle up in the air once in a while, so that you can check everything out.
