Got pulled over cuz the cop noticed my tinted windows(mirror tint),blue bulb on the backup light, modified exhaust and no license plates(Haven't gotten my plates yet and the dealer tags in the back got brittle so it broke off into pieces so I took it off)My front windows were rolled down so when he came to my side he told me to roll it up.I did but my tint up front is 50% which is still illegal. They go back to their car to check my info then came back to me after 5 minutes and told me I had a lot of violations (tint, exhaust, bulbs and the plates)..But Wallaahhh He said I'll just give you a ticket for no plates w/c I told him we haven't gotten it yet....He told me to just show the proof that you don't have the plates yet when I go to court Got lucky and just got off with no plates...One reason for getting off easy probably was I had my wife and 2 kids with me in the car

One week...BAM!
Had the WRX for only a week when I got pulled over on Capital City Freeway. Helicopter lit me up. CHP officer was pretty cool. Asked if the WRX was fast and my reply "YEP!".
Cited for 90+ and no insurance card. Paid the fine ($290 + traffic school admin fee $30) and sent them a copy of my insurance card. Did my traffic school ($28) and if everything goes right, I'll be cited again in about 18 months.

Bought my wife a TS wagon on Saturday. I drove it for the first time on Monday. Got a ticket for 73 in a 55 on Vasco Rd. 2 Days later my wife got a ticket for 47 in a 35. Off to a bad start.

i have to add to my reasons for being pulled over..
on my way home last nite, i got pulled over for clear corners!!!!
and then: no registration (forgot to put the sticker on), no front license plate, modified exhaust (and i even had my silencer in!)... that was lame..
good thing it was verbal warnings for all except a fix it for the clear corners... and he said if he saw my car again with the exhaust he'd give me a citation...
stoopid menlo park police

My friend got nabbed like that...he had just finished breaking in and tuning his motor...civic. Went by a cop going over a 100 so he just stepped on it and pulled on him....after about 20 minutes of flat out driving at top speed he need gas...got gas..got back on the freeway to go home....bam....cops everywhere caught him on the onramp.....
helicopter couldn't keep up I guess...said the last clock was 163mph. They took his car. Tossed him in jail. he got his car back a month later...no motor...said it must have been stolen...nothing he could do...over $10k in that thing....lost his lisense for a year I think.
My cousin pulled on a cop and got away at what he figures was around 140. Cops showed up at his house...big party...lots of cars.....he had stashed his....by the way folks....great hiding place...in apartments...if the garbage area is big enough you roll the trash cans out and put the car behind them and roll the trash cans back in.
Cops felt all the hoods...got really pissed and said I know it was one of you....we'll catch you some time...he promptly had that car stolen.
