With this economy, I am surprise that I get the amount of customers I do now, so I totally understand.
North bay? I in the south bay and I often drive to customer's house to provide the service. So no strange neighborhood, you can sleep in and do your things while I take care of your car.
For me, i wouldn't necessarily say your prices are TOO expensive, but it's at that point where when i ponder over the price, it just enough that it makes me rather save the money and do it myself. I've been wanting a professional detail job for a while now, if the price point came down so that it'd be more worth it to have you do it, i'd have called you by now. =P

Customer can't get access to said services, even if extra money is offered for gas to drive to the North Bay, multiple cars are lined up waiting to be taken care of, and meals provided.
Not sure what has to happen to get access to services...and no, I'm not spending two tanks of gas and an entire day without vehicles in some strange neighborhood several hours away from home.

I see someone voted for "Services and/or products sucks" and "Services and/or products result sucks". First of all, sorry either my service or products are not up to your expectations. But could you provide a bit more information? Was the service, the product, or both? Could you share your experience so I could improve at least the service side of things? Thanks!
