Why do people...
#48
From what I've observed, it's easier for many people to get their point across online. A lot of people are either afraid to speak up in real life or just don't know how to say things, so a lot of times, they hold things in. When they go online, text, etc. it's easier for them to say things because they can always press the backspace button.
And this! (jeeze - am I really quoting/agreeing with stupidchicken )

my question is why bash other threads and forums about them bashing folks?
I think the main reason people are more open and talk more trash online is that there is no physical interaction, no intimidation factor, and no immediate response.
I can come on here and talk all kinds of trash about or to someone and then can not log in for a few weeks with no repercussions.
I can say the same things to that person face to face, and there will be repercussions. Maybe not a fight, but still some kind of action.
