Smelled it in millbrae when I left work, got worse towards Mtn View. Looked even worse further south. What burned?

i don't know, but i think i could smell it in union city this evening. thought it smelled like something was burning

 

I smelled it too while I was at work over here in Newark (east bay)

 

yea i was wondering the exact same thing! i went outside at like 6pm tonight and could hella small it...anyone know what the hell it was??

 

I thought I smelled burning down in morgan hill!

 

I also smelled it at San Jose, as well...

 

i smelled a lot of BBQ in danville, does that count?

 

from what i could tell up here in fairfield they were burning off marshland off of grizzly island to prevent a wildfire. they have been doing small burns lately but today was quite larger, and with little wind the smoke just went everywhere.

 

Weird. There was a fire up in the Fairfield/Vacaville area today, too.

On 280 North, just past el monte, there was burnt old-skool (like 70s) italian exotic at around 6pm. Probably wasn't it.

I live in Mtn View, I thought my little bro caught the house on fire or something...good to hear that it was planned burning by someone...hope when I wake up it's gone hehe

 

It was all "smoky" in SSF but thinned out as I got to Millbrae. Didn't see anything around the SSF area. I thought it would be the hillside off the 101. ????

 

hey man....long as my house and my car are ok you can have the rest of milpitas.

the smoke smell and look was pretty bad in newark...crazy that no one knows what it was. It seemed to be a lot of crap in the air.
