Have you checked the current drain? Was the stereo professionally installed?
If the voltage sag is due to excessive battery drain, then A second battery might do it IF you are certain that you have a good high Q connection between the Amp and the battery and the lights and the battery.
You might consider a direct connection battery ground to amp and stereo, because that is usually where the problem will occur. I don't do stereos but you will need a wire thick enough to carry juice both ways and make sure the hot side is fused.
