I heard they hired a 75 year old Argentinian man who uses a paperclip to short the wires on the ecu as thier master tuner.

You're the captain of rude. There was a wink also.

And "keen on marketing" to me is not putting info on your website when there are already a bunch of competent tuners locally. If they put it on their website, they wanted us to know as far as I'm concerned, unless that was a mistake.

My guess is that someone () from MPJ will be tuning for them, and the politics of leaving ATP is being worked out.

so someone from MPJ will be tuning but they are trying to work out the politics from leaving ATP?

Pass what ever your on this way man.

As for the keen on marketing bit you missed the entire cruiseship on that one, they could be creating a buzz by NOT TELLING ANYONE YET, as to harness the power of the rumor MILL.

Seriously THINK

Hahaha ok master of marketing and the intraweb.

I certainly get the "Marketing 101" scheme of creating a buzz. This just isn't the market to do it in. Whatever. Guess I played right into their crafty ad campaign.

As far as what edgar/karl are talking about, I have no idea.

Sweet. Can't wait to get my car tuned at Blair Witch Motorsports. Creating Internet hype is L-A-M-E.........unless you're 12 years old and listen to boy bands.

Jimbo

hey look its jimbo from jiffy tune!!!

and i can bet you this, seeing how gruppe-s has a long history of bring some bad *** stuff to market im sure they wont let some halfassed tuner carry their name on.

So only time will tell, and from what i know of gary and the rest it will only better things for the bay area folk as far as choices and quality.

SO everyone should just shut up and wait, once it is announced it will be known to all, maybe the website was a screw up or something?

Who knows, only gary at this point so why dont you just send him a PM if your guys ***** are so wet about it all.
