Who welds aluminum in here?
Hey guys, ive got an aluminum manifold i need to weld some barbed fittings onto.
anyone in here weld aluminum and wanna weld 4 barbed fittings to a manifold??

Only other place i know of is Advanced Welding behind Costco in MV. They are moto guys and do odd jobs.

Hey, yeah my cousin does, he used to weld for a living had a injury on the job got a ton of money and hasnt worked a day since. he has his own ****. i am sure if you bought him a bottle of booze he would hook you up. his wife doesnt let him buy alcohol cuz he is such a freaking light weight, i can ask him for you if you want. it would be all the way up here though.

if i remember from the littl ebit i know i think titanium is a hotter weld and its gotta be fast, i believe in the industry the call it a "hot and fast" weld. but with titanium i think there is a bit more forgiveness to it. aluminum is super soft and you can get a lot of burn through if you dont know what you are doing.
