i know the finale already showed but unfortunately i missed it, but i just saw the re run and THANK GOD Jabba took the title.

the 'west side' skit was hella dope.

anyone else notice when they did the staus quo segment on 'how they got this far' all they aired was them doing their flips and jumps... thats all they got, no talent.

i club meet to meet jabba and fish and chicks

Hey, where'd you hear this? We've been scouring online for days and can't find any info anywhere stating Jabbawockeez are performing there.

i tried watching it but i thought it was really just a mainstreamed out tv show.
i've been following bboy for awhile and compared to something like battle of the year, bboy unit 9, uk bboy championship, etc, etc...they dont look all that. and one thing i really disliked was the judges.

one judge said after watching a guy do 1 move "omg, i've never seen something like that in my life, that was amazing". and yet, i've seen bboys do that move so many times and its considered a low level move, i dont know what its called but its basically guy on two arms faced down and moving his legs side ways back and forth like scissors.

props to the guys competing out there though, it does take alot of practice and determination.

Well, for every crew that says, "Oh, we can totally top JabbaWockeeZ", I'd like to see them at the show cuz that'll raise the bar even higher. As a viewer, that'd be great.

I disagree, see I think you're missing the point, it wasn't a B-Boy competition or battle. It was supposed to be a lot more diverse. America's Best "Dance" crew not America's Best "Break" or "B-Boy" Crew. Hence all the different style episodes and different style crews.

I battled for 10-15 years and have seen tons of crews and individuals battle here in the Bay and in LA, SD (BBoy Summit what!), NY, and hell, even Tokyo and Hong Kong, yet I was still blown away by Jabbawockeez performances. Some amazing breakers and lockers in that crew but where they excelled the most was composition, style and choreography. And to take it a step further, one of their standout qualities was their humbleness. Mad respect.

Sure there are some dope B-Boy and B-Girl crews out there, Extreme kill it indeed, but watch the video you mentioned below, their choreography is a tad sloppy at times and although they excel at breaking and stunt work, could they compose and choreograph sets like that, week after week after week.

Possibly... but they didn't compete on the show. :P

As soon as t-shirt arrives, framing that shiz on my wall. Inspiring. Jabbawockeez what!

And after this season, kids are gonna be crawling out of the woodworks. B-Boys, B-Girls, crews, dancers and otherwise to give it a shot. Can't wait to see what they bring next season.
