who was the previous owner of this car?

saw this poor thing in the yard, and most likely will bet on it at the auction, maybe the previous owner can give me a heads up on how she was running mechanic wise before the accident (hope he's ok) but I saw the i-club sticker on the front bumper and wanted to try my luck...any one knows something about this car?

if you buy it, it better be way cheap. The motor is probably done with.

look how far in the bumper is pushed. I doubt the gears did not snap upon impact.

but I could be wrong

and I could poop rainbows at the same time.

speaking of yards, anyone know any good junk yards where i can just pull parts i need off for cheap?

I recently found copart.com but they only sell whole cars, whereas I want only the parts on the cars.

I would take your money.

I have seen less damage in the front and the valvetrain completely wrecked.

it's possible nothing happened, its also possible to win the lottery.

if you can inspect the car, pop the hood and see if the lower cam gear covers are broken. if they are intact, then its a good chance that the motor was not ruined in the accident (now what happened to the motor BEFORE the accident is a complete different thread )
