After the work, the steering wheel was off center slightly and I definitely notice it on freeway driving. When I went back after drivng for about nearly 10 miles on freeway (I wanted to be sure before I go back), Brandon said it was due to the road surface condition after he drove locally for a couple of minutes but I know that wasn't true. I might be a little picky but I am more than 100% sure it was off. Because it was near lunch time and he had to finish another regular alignment job, he did not want to adjust the steering wheel for me. At that time, I was a bit late for my next appointment so I did not force the issue. But I think for $300, I'd like to have the steering wheel perfectly straight.

I went there because I heard a lot good things about them, maybe this is just one isolated incident. It's probably because their scheduler did not give Brandon sufficient time to do the work by scheduling the next appt too close. I recall Brandon was really on a hurry while working on my car.
our cars tend not to have centered wheels.

^^^Generally true. But I also had several alignments done by AI due to suspension changes/upgrades, they got it perfectly straight each time. Orlando always takes as much time as needed to get it right.

You are absolutely right, AI doesn't do corner balancing. So back to the topic, Evan you really don't have too many choices.

Also try Conversion Techniques in Oakland. 510-639-0911. They set up a lot of race cars there. Roger Krauss is good too.
