Ricky,

Remember what we talked about. 90% Mental, 10% Physical.

As long as you keep mind that even if your doing great, you still a peace of sh**. . .you'll do fine.

If you take longer than a 2 minute shower, you are officially ghey lolz

Drink lots of water! Even when your not thirsty.

Don't bring a lot of stuff, have it sent to you when you go to tech-school.

Sweater, Rain Jacket, Pants, socks, undies, bathroom supplies, pictures. . .and thats it. . .it all should fit in one bag.

Volunteer for leadership positions, even tho your more likely get in trouble. Still,yYour setting up yourself to learn all the mistakes of leadership, so when you get to the real world, your prepared in a moments notice.

Don't get caught beating of in the bathroom. . . haha

If they ask for a dorm chief or element leader, volunteer, trust me the other jobs suck!

Last of all, your better off making a PERFECT mistake than not trying at all. . . .

Good luck to you!

Thanks for the advice Mark! You and Tanz have both given me a tremendous amount of help and I look up to you two guys alot as my mentors in that way. I do actually plan to volunteer to do something (just not latrine queen lol) and think I may automatically be a leader due to my age (23) compared to the younger guys there. I also already bought the trial size stuff they tell you to get and thats all I'm bringing. I've already for 3 boxes ready (they're kinda small boxes too) to be shipped to me when I get to tech school. I honestly don't have alot to bring just my xbox, a handful of shirts, and that's really it. Everything else I've given away or thrown out.

haha it's just the original xbox. I've modded it to be a media station. 300GB HDD and has all my movies and crap on it (oddly enough pr0n-free .) I use it to play my dvds...although the dvd player is on the fritz and I should have ****ing got one before I left to replace it grrrr. I don't even use it to play games which I could still do.

I did it without a modchip, which you can do on I think on the first version. Very very easy to do. I'll PM you.

Colorado Springs? yeah that place has 2 bases and an academy for folks doing training to become officers. You've got Schriever and Peterson then the Air Force Academy all in the same town lol. Do you know if they're stationed there or becomming officers?
