Sorry guys I didn't intend to leave you hanging.
Sweet chili chicken wings
4lb chicken wings
2cloves garlic crushed
salt
1tsp blk pepper
1tbs Sesame oil
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (Thai sweet chili sauce)
2tbs honey
1tbs white vinegar
1/4cup soy sauce
2tsp grated ginger
1tbs soft brown sugar
Method 1: Toss raw chicken wings into a bowl add marinade until coated (leave some for for basting while cooking) cover and toss it into the refridgerator overnight. Prehat oven to 350 Deg F. Place pieces on roasting rack over a baking tray to catch the drippings. Bake for one hour, or until chicken is crisp. Remember brush the pieces several time during the baking process. Garnish with some fresh cilantro and mixed sesame seeds.
Method two: Deep fry the wings with out any marinade. After cooking is complete place cooked chicken into a bowl coat with marinade. Shake it up and distribute the marinade. Again garnish with mixed sesame seed and fresh cilantro.

I've used it during a BBQ where I was feeding ~100 people, and everybody LOVED it.
