Car Info: dangerous with a wrench
put the chicken in a ziploc bag and dump in a bottle of italian salad dressing. close the bag and let it sit for a couple hours. toss it on the grill. yummay.

oh, you might also want to look for a marinade called Soy Vey. Really good stuff.

You could use 5 ziplock bags and put 10 wings in each.

Purists? Do you mean people who only eat steak with teriyaki sauce? Because 'purists' with respect to steak means you eat it without any sauce...just barbque it right.

I guess purist may have been the wrong term. I was refering to those that like to make there own sauce/marinade, rather than buy from a store.

That seems a little silly. We grill all the time and usually we make our own marinades, but occasionally we use some from a bottle - which is also yummie. Usually only Yoshida's Gourmet and Veri Teri SoyVey tho.

Orr.... You could get 30 bags and do 300! Or you could get 12 bags of different sizes and distribute them un-evenly. The options are really limitless. Shoot, you could even use a Tupperware bowl!! But that's a whole new topic.
