I really really really want to like Vishnu from everything I've read here regarding Shiv's tuning.
Unfortunately, they have horrible customer service, and are pretty overpriced.

I have a '03 WRX wagon and had Vishnu subzero flashed a month ago. Including the wait (there was a guy in front of me with a '04 WRX wagon), the whole thing took 1.5hr. The high point is the demo drive by Shiv. I thought the comment (be careful about the test drive) by the guy in front of me was canny. But it is true. Shiv was driving the car like magic. Taking corners at speed that I don't think is possible. Glad I went there with an empty stomach or I would just **** in my pants!
Anyway, about my drive back to South Bay. My first impression was the car felt a lot lighter. I guess it is just a power/weight ratio thing. But going up the same passes on I680 at close to 100mph in 5th. There were just more pull after the reflash was done.
After a month driving, I think the money is well spent.

We are finally moving the sales offices into the building next door so that the guys no longer need to shout over the dyno when its running (which seems like all day these days). This is what we've been doing most the day. This is always why almost all the incoming phone calls have been sent directly to voicemail.
The phone lines will be up and running in the new shop (now with installation facility) by the morning. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
Cheers,
Shiv

i had my car dyno tuned with the xede last month. I am at a vishnu stage 1 and after the tune the car does feel better. Not a whole lot more power over stock ecu on pump gas but on a 98ish octane mix i have i love it The car is overall alot smoother feeling then stock and when going WOT the power is DEFIANTLY smoother. Only thing i am concerned with is that sometimes while driving (only normal driving not WOT) the car sometimes jerks. I dunno if this is the tune or somethign with the xede but it feels like fuel cut. Its happened like 5 times so far and i made an appointment again to see shiv but being the dumbass i am, i forgot to show. Sry about that shiv I will give you a call later this week so i can talk and maybe see if i can come in.

well, you can go to Vishnu or I-speed. Either way, your car will come alive after they are done!!! Just get a hold of them and ask all the questions you feel...and decide from there.

EDIT: for spelling VISHNU wrong
