i've seen/heard those... i was with a bunch of friends last week at starbucks hayward and there was this old cadilac with "whistle tips" and one of my friends was saying everyone on his block with those type of cars has those damn whistle tips... its one of those "ghetto mods"

I finally saw my first LED exhaust. WTF. Now all we need is a whistling LED exhaust.
