Cam Huong if you ever go to Oakland Chinatown. Best Grilled pork sandwich imo and their Grilled Onion Beef is good also.

The bahn mi is pretty tasty at The Bar by Madame Tam's in Palo Alto. This place gets some fairly poor reviews on Yelp. I personally have never had bad service there or bad food, although I have only ever gotten the BBQ pork bahn mi. During happy hour they are only $3.99. They do make bad mixed drinks though so stick to beer.

Aroma cafe on McKee and Jackson in San Jose is my go to spot for viet sandwiches.
Their best is pork loin though, not so much pork chop, but that sounds ****ing delicious.
